Germany VINTAGE 1923, 250 Tausend Overprint/500 Mark, Deutsches Reich MINT

Here is a vintage Germany Weimar Republic scarce overprint stamp in rare "mint" condition. This stamp is like the day it was issued.

I found this stamp while rummaging through the countryside north of Frankfurt around 1980. Germans keep everything, but they neatly box old things that they no longer want, and they are eager to give old stuff away.
