Printed on thin, poor quality paper, white, done in a blue tone, good ink, good printing and with the Image off-center towards the lower right corner. No distinctive, brand or hallmark has been found that could provide more information about this Postal Stamp. The Image is off center to the lower right corner. The Reverso is clean, preserving the rubber, a fact for which it has been considered interesting not to wash it.
It therefore has the remainder of a hinge. The paper is clean and does not show rust.
