Measures : Paper: 25.0 mm. On the Obverse it has the representation of a woman, with a series of garments related to heraldry. On its lower side it has the legend "DEUTSCHES REICH". Floral themes are developed in its perimeter. In the two upper corners it has the number 25.

The Reverse is clean, with the exception that the Postmark shows through. Printed on poor quality fine paper, light bone white, done in orange and black double tone, good ink, good printing and very good centering. No distinctive, brand or hallmark has been found that could provide more information about this Postal Stamp.

The Stamp has been recently washed and therefore does not retain the rubber. The paper is clean and does not show rust. There is no fault or tear in the stamp paper. The color tones in the photos are not the same as the actual color tones. The description is not a detailed exposition thereof.
